Evorel Conti is available which is similar, however, it is not directly interchangeable with Combipatch. Evorel Conti provides 50mcg of Estradiol and 170mcg of Norethindrone per day, while Combipatch provides either 50mcg/140mcg per day or 50mcg/250mcg per day. We will contact your doctor to substitute if you wish. This is a twice weekly patch. Stable at room temperature for up to 6 months.
